Business Support Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of employee kilometre claims, ensuring they are accurately processed and reimbursed through participants’ NDIS plans.

This role reviews and approves shift notes in a timely manner, follows up on errors and provide guidance to employees in relation to transport claims and shift notes quality wherever necessary.
