The Intake & Engagement Officer is responsible for participant intake and assessment tasks, as well as support planning, monitoring, engagement, and review support.

They are responsible for tracking participant NDIS budgets and plan spends, ensuring the supports being provided best meet their needs and goals and liaise with Buddies staff, Support Coordinators, LAC’s, therapists, and informal supports when needed.
