The Head of Service Delivery is responsible for providing leadership to all areas of service delivery within the organisation and liaise with other services (i.e., Support Coordinators, therapist, LAC’s, etc) when required to ensure the delivery of high-quality disability support services. This role is also responsible for ensuring optimal SIL vacancy management.
